Successful use of these services depends on the Client's active participation, including providing necessary data and access. Please note that additional charges may apply for emails, SMS messaging, and AI-generated responses.

Creating an Account

Access to specific features requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.

Appropriate Use of Services

Clients must use Review Thunder’s platform in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you upload and agree not to engage in activities that infringe on the rights of others or disrupt the platform's operations.

Privacy Commitment

Review Thunder is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. Details about how we handle your information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in the policy.

Ownership of Content

All materials and content available through Review Thunder’s platform, including text, graphics, and software, are owned by Review Thunder or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

No Guarantees

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Review Thunder does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content or tools offered.

Limitation of Liability

Review Thunder will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

Changes to Terms

Review Thunder reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to any updates.

Special Offers and Promotions

Clients with a database of 500 or more contacts (names, emails, phone numbers) may qualify for a complimentary 20-review campaign. All businesses are eligible for a no-cost two-week trial and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Subscription Terms

To maintain access to Review Thunder’s services, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified during registration. If you purchase a dedicated phone number for SMS services, compliance with A2P 10DLC registration may be required.

Payment and Non-Payment

Failure to pay the subscription fee on time may result in suspension or termination of services. Access to data and platform features will cease upon termination.

Website Ownership and Hosting Fees

Full payment for website ownership covers design, development, and agreed-upon content.
A monthly hosting fee is required for continued website access. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of hosting services.

Refunds

Clients may request a full refund within the first 30 days if not satisfied with the service. Requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are not available after 30 days, but subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with services remaining active until the billing cycle ends.
